摘要

Research on safety, the environment, and renewable energy sources as alternatives for human existence in the long run is being driven by growing worries about environmental pollution, global warming, and the depletion of fossil fuels. In this study, a hydrogen fuelled electrochemical cell-battery electric vehicle is configured in Advanced Vehicle Simulator (ADVISOR) to assess drivetrain hybridization effects. The study evaluates powertrain performance under cold and mild conditions, providing insights into energy management optimization. The results suggested that the hydrogen fuel use is lowered by 2.46% for moderate weather condition over WLTC cycle. The improved dynamic acceleration performance results are achieved for mild weather conditions.
