<p>Optimal Placement of base stations is essential to ensure reliable connectivity and satisfactory signal strength. Research shows that base stations emit electromagnetic field (EMF) radiations, potentially impacting public health. This study addresses this concern by avoiding installations near sensitive areas like schools and hospitals. A GIS-based approach using ArcGIS 10.2, ERDAS Imagine 2014, and Google Earth was employed to identify suitable locations. The methodology integrates the hexagonal cellular concept with elevation-based analysis to offer a comprehensive and replicable model that reduces time, cost, and human efforts.</p>
