<p>This study assessed the effect of <i>Moringa oleifera</i> foliage supplementation on feed intake, milk yield and quality, metabolic profile, hormonal profile and immunity in <i>Vrindavani</i> cattle. Twelve <i>Vrindavani</i> cattle (30–60 d post-partum) were divided into 2 groups consisting of 6 cows in each. The cows in CON (control) group were fed a roughage-based diet comprising of green fodder, wheat straw and concentrate mixture. However, cows in the M-10 (treatment) group were provided with 10% Moringa foliage in addition to basal diet fed to CON. The DM and OM intake was significantly (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.05) higher in M-10 group than CON. Daily milk yield, 4% FCM, ECM, fat and protein yields were higher (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.05) in M-10 than CON. TAC, total flavonoid content and DPPH activity in milk were significantly (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.05) higher in M-10 than CON. The somatic cell count in milk was lower (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.01) in M-10 relative to CON. Subclinical and clinical scoring of milk were significantly (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.05) lower in M-10. Hb, haematocrit, total protein and serum i-P levels were higher (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.01) in M-10 than CON; however, total cholesterol was decreased (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.05) in M-10. The levels of serum T<sub>3</sub>, T<sub>4</sub>, IGF-1 and GH were significantly (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.05) higher in M-10 relative to CON. The CM immunity was significantly (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.05) higher in M-10 than CON. It is deduced that <i>M. oleifera</i> foliage @ 10% of total diet enhanced intake, milk yield and quality, metabolic profile and immunity in <i>Vrindavani</i> cows.</p>
