Digitale Transformation der Hydrometeorologie des Landes NRW - Akzeptanz, Komplexität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
摘要
The state of NRW is modernizing its hydro-meteorological measuring point network with the aim of ultimately transferring precipitation data from around 300 digital measuring stations via standardized interfaces to a cloud-based decision management system and making it available for a wide range of applications (e.g. water/agriculture). The complex customization during operation must be designed both economically and accepted by the users in addition to the technical achievement of objectives.
