Das Schweizer Sicherheits- und Risikokonzept für Stauanlagen - ein Konzept für Deutschland?
摘要
As part of the current revision of the German dam standard DIN 19 700 (2004), the handling of residual risks of dams will have to be re-regulated. This raises the question of how the relevant requirements for practice should be determined. The safety and risk concept for dams in Switzerland provides a concrete and coherent example of this. The concept in Switzerland is based on constructive security, surveillance and the emergency concept. The validity of the requirements is based on the actual risk potential. This potential can usually be determined using hypothetical dam breach analysis and inundation mapping. For larger reservoirs in Switzerland water alarm systems equipped with sirens are mandatory.
