摘要

Everyone experiences phases that can be described as sub-health: a state of reduced well-being that affects our stability and, on the one hand, interferes with our ability to provide optimal care for our patients and, on the other hand, requires greater energy expenditure on our part as therapists. We have the right to take care of ourselves, something we often neglect.

Since it is often not possible to find colleagues nearby who can examine and treat us according to our wishes and ideas, the following section attempts to provide suggestions for self-help. These are based on experiences that the author has gained not only with his patients, but also with himself.
