<p>This study aims to analyze the status quo and pictured future scenarios of the most and least discussed Sustainable Development Goals and respond to the 4 research questions. A bibliometric approach was used in this study with specific keywords searched from the Scopus database between 2015 and 2023 and analyzed the topic-related articles with several common keywords. The results show that the top one by the total publications number is Sustainable Development Goal 3, and the last one is Sustainable Development Goal 16. The authors also applied Excel to predict the numbers of publications for each Sustainable Development Goal from 2024 to 2030. The findings display that the top one by the total number of publications will be Sustainable Development Goal 7, and the last one will be Sustainable Development Goal 16. Then, the authors conducted a content analysis and illustrated potential future scenarios and solutions of Sustainable Development Goal 7 and possible solutions of Sustainable Development Goal 16. This study concluded that it is possible people or countries may have affordable and clean energy in 2030, and individuals and communities can take action to promote Sustainable Development Goal 16 on environmental issues. This study emphasized future studies should pay more attention to Sustainable Development Goal 16.</p>
