Evolving sonographic techniques allow better visualization of superficial endometriosis, which were previously difficult to detect.</p> Summary <p>This review summarizes the current TVS techniques and specialized protocols for detecting endometriosis, offering clinicians valuable insights into optimizing diagnostic strategies and enhancing patient care.
