It is crucial that urological healthcare professionals actively contribute to achieving sustainability goals for the future. To support this, the committee The Green Urologist (in Dutch: de Groene Uroloog) has developed a&#xa0;sustainability guide. This guide provides practical recommendations and enhances awareness and knowledge about sustainability in urological care. This article briefly highlights some examples from the guide. This issue of the journal also features a&#xa0;infographic with instructions for sustainable practices during cystoscopy procedures.</p>
