Optimization and Measurement of a 6G Terahertz Filter Based on the Multi-band Tunable Metasurface and Its Sensing

The development of 6G terahertz multi-band filters with high operability has become a research hotspot in intelligent optoelectronic devices. Here, a 6G terahertz metasurface filter is proposed and measured with four transmission peaks based on the coupling modes between the metal disk arrays. The sensitivity of the amplitude and frequency points of the transmission peaks to structural parameters is confirmed. Based on the phase transition characteristics of the GST dielectric layer, the temperature sensitivity and active tunability are obtained by the multi-band metasurface filter.
