Robotic-assisted vascular bypass for celiac trunk occlusion: expanding the horizons of minimally invasive surgery
摘要
Robotic-assisted vascular bypass for celiac trunk occlusion offers a minimally invasive alternative to traditional open surgery, utilizing the DaVinci Surgical System for precise vascular anastomosis. This technical note describes the successful application of this technique in two patients, detailing the procedural steps, including port placement and aortic cross-clamping. Both patients had favorable outcomes with unremarkable postoperative courses, demonstrating the feasibility and potential benefits of robotic-assisted celiac trunk revascularization.
