Introducion
No-scalpel vasectomy (NSV) revolutionizes male sterilization by eliminating need for surgical incisions while ensuring safe and effective delivery, ligation and excision of vas deferens.
Material and methodsThis study assesses NSV’s efficiency and acceptance and explores NSV’s transformative role in male sterilization.
ResultsAmong 61 cases of NSV, complications included hematoma in two patients (3.2%), Vasal Fistula in one patient (1.6%), and scrotal pain in two patients (3.2%).
DiscussionNSV proves its mettle as a minimally invasive, reliable method, offering safe contraception with minimal complications. Its success is driven by simplicity, quick recovery, suitability for camp procedures and effective health care training.
