<p>Atypical endometrial hyperplasia is a known precursor of Ca Endometrium. Total hysterectomy is the standard treatment for atypical hyperplasia or early ca endometrium. However in young women of reproductive age group conservative management with multidisciplinary team including ART specialist, endocrinologist, oncologists, and pathologists can help patient to preserve their future child bearing. Conservative management includes treatment with oral progesterone and regular follow up as recurrences are common. ART techniques can help in early conception after disease remission.</p>
