摘要

Cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) is a rare and potentially life-threatening form of ectopic pregnancy in which the gestational sac implants within the fibrous tissue of a previous cesarean section scar. It accounts for less than 1% of all ectopic pregnancies but poses significant risks including uterine rupture and massive haemorrhage if not diagnosed and managed promptly. With increasing cesarean rates worldwide, the incidence of CSP is on the rise, making early recognition crucial. While medical and surgical options exist, laparoscopic management offers a minimally invasive yet effective approach, particularly in hemodynamically stable patients. We present a rare case of cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy successfully managed via laparoscopy, highlighting the diagnostic challenges and surgical nuances involved.
