<p>In the process of promoting the development of the rural tourism industry, the issue of digital network security on the rural tourism information sharing platform has become increasingly prominent, becoming a key factor affecting the stable operation of the platform and user trust. A large amount of rural tourism data is stored on online platforms. These data include tourists’ personal information, travel preferences, etc., as well as the business secrets and operational data of tourism enterprises. This article analyzes the significance of digital network security in the information sharing of rural tourism, and explores the application of blockchain technology, smart contract technology, and various network security protection measures in ensuring data security and establishing trust mechanisms. By building a rural tourism information sharing platform that includes functional modules such as user management, information query, information release, information update, e-commerce, decision analysis, public information and SMS interaction, and taking advantage of the decentralized, immutable and transparent features of blockchain, combined with smart contract technology to achieve secure and automated transactions and business processes, By adopting technical means such as data encryption, access control, and intrusion detection, comprehensive digital network security protection is provided for the platform. The experimental results show that blockchain technology and smart contract technology can effectively handle large-scale rural tourism data, increase the overall throughput and transaction latency of the information sharing platform, and reduce the risk of data tampering and leakage. Through the implementation of digital network security protection measures, the data security and user privacy of the platform have been effectively guaranteed, and users’ trust in the platform has significantly increased. The test results of the personalized recommendation system also prove the advantages of blockchain technology in meeting users’ personalized needs, further enhancing the user experience.</p>
