<p>An IT roadmap is a strategic plan that aligns an organization’s IT (Information Technology) infrastructure and systems with its business goals. A company facing challenges in determining the most effective IT roadmap uses Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) approaches to address complex decisions with multiple criteria and alternatives. Further, MCDM models are valuable tools for making decisions in situations where multiple criteria and alternatives must be considered. Implementing MCDM models can be challenging due to the complexity of the decision problems, the need for accurate data, and the subjectivity involved in criteria weighting and preference modeling. Ensuring the transparency and consensus among decision-makers can also be difficult. Hybrid MCDM models, combining different techniques, can improve decision-making by leveraging the strengths of each method. This article presents a hybrid AHP-TOPSIS-COPRAS model to tackle this challenge and compares it with other MCDM methods, such as TOPSIS, COPRAS, VIKOR, MABAC, COCOSo, and ARAS. The results, including sensitivity analysis, offer insights for strengthening industry growth and optimizing IT roadmap selection. Lastly, the evaluation can help to identify the industry needs in order to strengthen the growth of the industry.</p>
