<p>The present study identifies and prioritises Project Management (PM) practices as enablers for enhancing supply chain resilience. The study identifies resilience enhancing PM practices after discussions with experts which were then categorised into readiness, response and recovery practices. Application of Pareto principle using charts for each classification captured the most impactful practices, resulting in seven practices in readiness phase, six practices in response and recovery phase respectively. A two-level Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique prioritised these practices in each of the phases. The readiness phase is the most crucial phase for supply chains and involves prioritising PM practices such as risk-driven design, personnel resilience, and entrepreneurial decision-making. The response phase is the second most important phase which include maintaining basic processes, regaining situational awareness, and addressing emergent risks. The recovery phase focuses on learning from disruptions, reviewing actions, and developing strategies for future challenges.
