Revolutionizing healthcare: data privacy based on novel approach in hybrid cloud networks
摘要
A vast amount of patient data needs to be collected in the healthcare industry, and the cloud offers the required infrastructure in a more cost-effective and high-quality manner. Electronic health records (EHR), are created using the patient medical information as digital files. The EHR can retain vital patient data. Data privacy and security are becoming critical issues as more and more healthcare organizations use cloud-based solutions for data processing and storage. The use of authentication and encoding, two common kinds of data security, is limited in cloud settings, particularly in hybrid configurations when data is spread across several cloud platforms. The security of data kept in a cloud environment is a critical concern because of many security-related threats and vulnerabilities. This paper proposes a novel symmetric fine-tuned blowfish (SFB) technique for hybrid cloud data security. SFB, a data encryption method, is used to provide EHR protection. It is then uploaded and integrated with a hybrid cloud network (HCN). Data security compliance rates with key lengths of 128, 256, and 512 bits are 60%, 80%, and 95%, respectively, with incident detection response times of 10, 20, and 30 units for these key lengths. Furthermore, security evaluation scores at three, six, and twelve months have improved from 75 to 95%. The primary aspect of this research is that it demonstrates the unresolved issues and obstacles related to the security of patient information in the healthcare industry, in addition to the close relationship that exists between information security and healthcare businesses. It is advised that EHRs be protected using a private key before being uploaded to the cloud host. The information will be secure as a result because it is unchangeable without the assistance of healthcare providers and the person who owns the information.
