Psycho-Social Rehabilitation After Curative Breast Cancer Treatment: A Review
摘要
With advances in early detection and multimodal therapy, survival after breast cancer has significantly improved. However, completion of curative treatment is not necessarily the end of patient suffering. Survivors frequently experience persistent psychological distress, social role disruption, altered body image, sexual dysfunction, fear of recurrence (FCR), and occupational challenges. Psycho-social rehabilitation is therefore a critical component of survivorship care.
