<p>In this work we find conditions under which a <i>slowly non–dissipative</i> multivalued semiflow, defined in terms of <i>generalized semiflows</i>, has a <i>strict maximal attractor</i>. We apply our results to a differential reaction–diffusion inclusion with the multivalued Heaviside function as the nonlinear term.</p>
