Furthermore, it provides an overview of global industrial ecosystems that operate under the principles of industrial symbiosis, including eco-industrial parks and zones. By foregrounding knowledge transfer, innovation ecosystems, and intellectual capital, this study highlights how these elements contribute to sustainable development and the advancement of the circular economy.</p>
