摘要

This study investigates the relationship between Big Data Analytics Capability (BDAC) and corporate performance. Here, the mediating role of Innovation Ambidexterity was included. The data was collected from managers working in Pakistani companies and analyzed using ADANCO software. After ensuring the reliability and authenticity of the constructs, the data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. Based on the Resource-Based View (RBV), Dynamic Capabilities Theory (DCT), and IT Capability Framework, the results show that BDAC has a significant positive impact on corporate performance. In this process, innovation plays a crucial mediating role. Companies with well-developed BDACs outperform their peers by transforming data-driven insights into effective innovation strategies. This promotes both research-based and application-based innovation. These results have significant managerial implications. This emphasizes that managers should prioritize investments in IT-related capabilities. In addition to robust investments such as advanced data infrastructure and analytical tools, intangible resources like skilled personnel, inter-departmental collaboration, and management expertise are also essential for building and maintaining BDAC. These strategic initiatives enable companies to strengthen their innovation capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and achieve higher organizational performance. It offers a sustainable competitive advantage in a dynamic business environment. This study contributes to both theory and practice by providing evidence-based insights into the strategic significance of BDAC.
