Amidst the rapid growth and heightened competition in the dynamic digital culture industry, organizations face multifaceted challenges, including accelerated work pace, heightened work complexity, and talent scarcity. The current study, based on a comprehensive survey of crucial cultural leadership teams within the industry, investigates into the intricate workings of efficient team leadership and its impact on team innovation performance. The findings illuminate three critical insights: (1) Firstly, efficient team leadership exerts a significant and positive influence on team innovation performance. (2) The moderating effect of time pressure demonstrates that greater perceived time pressure intensifies the influence of efficient team leadership, thus (3) amplifying their impact on team innovation performance. This research contributes to the existing literature with a comprehensive understanding of the intricate interplay among efficient team leadership, learning dynamics, time pressure, and team innovation performance in the digital culture industry.
