<p>This research aims to explore the knowledge-sharing (KS) factors related to technology during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The study collected data from 400 respondents using an online survey. The results of this research show that age, gender, level of education, affiliation, and job roles have a significant impact on KS factors. The findings confirm that there are considerable differences between four age groups, and the mean rating of the IT factor of KS for males is greater than that for females. The research also reveals that there are significant differences in education level, job role, and sector. The highest rating of knowledge-sharing factors comes from those working in “Top Management”, followed by those working as “Academic/Research Specialists”. The results clearly show that the rating of knowledge-sharing factors with the job groups of respondents increases by moving up with the respondents’ position. Thus, it can be concluded that the job role would affect knowledge-sharing factors. The results also show that the highest rating of knowledge-sharing factors with the sector of respondents comes from those working in “Academia/Research”, followed by those working in “Industry”, whereas the least rating comes from those working in “Government”. This research provides empirical evidence of KS factors in KSA during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, some limitations need to be raised about this research, such as its relatively small sample size and cross-sectional nature. Future research is encouraged to confirm the results obtained in the KSA and to establish cause-effect relationships between different countries during this pandemic.</p>
