摘要
This article focuses on analyzing the factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention of women in the Northeast region of Vietnam. By employing both quantitative and qualitative research methods, the study utilizes Cronbach’s alpha test, EFA combined with the Durbin-Watson test to analyze the factors from data collected through a survey of 421 subjects from 7 provinces in the Northeast region. The research results show that there are 6 factors positively affecting the entrepreneurial intention of women in the Northeast region, including (1) attitude towards money, (2) perception of behavior control, (3) attitude towards entrepreneurship, (4) achievement motivation, (5) entrepreneurial education, and (6) government support. By analyzing the relationships between these factors, the model helps identify the most important factors influencing women’s entrepreneurial intention. The results of the study will provide a foundation for developing effective policies and support programs to encourage women to engage in entrepreneurial activities, aiming to improve quality of life and foster more sustainable development in the future.
