Kognitive Verhaltenstherapie bei Insomnie
摘要
Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is considered the gold standard in the treatment for chronic sleep disorders. It combines psychoeducation, sleep restriction, stimulus control, relaxation training, and cognitive restructuring within a multimodal framework. Numerous meta-analyses have demonstrated large effect sizes across all core sleep parameters, with sustained improvements beyond the end of treatment. Not only does CBT‑I enhance sleep quality, it also improves mood, daytime functioning, and overall quality of life. Its transdiagnostic effects extend to comorbid depression, anxiety, and chronic pain disorders. Current clinical guidelines recommend CBT‑I as the primary therapy, with pharmacological interventions only being used as short-term adjuncts. Recent developments, including digital therapeutics, group interventions, and mindfulness-based programs, have expanded its reach and flexibility. Thus, CBT‑I represents a scientifically grounded, accessible, and enduring approach that enables individuals to regain confidence in their innate capacity for restorative sleep.
