<p>Due to the significantly lower prevalence of spondyloarthritis compared to degenerative back and joint pain, as well as following trauma or overuse, there is a&#xa0;risk that these patients will be diagnosed too late in general medical or orthopaedic practice. This work aims to provide nonrheumatologists with concise instructions on how to quickly identify patients with spondyloarthritis, which are now particularly treatable specially in the early stages, and to raise awareness for them.</p>

摘要
