Auswirkungen der neuen Einstufungskriterien des APS – was bedeutet das für Sie?
摘要
The new American College of Rheumatology and European League against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR) 2023 classification criteria make it possible to define the broad clinical spectrum and laboratory characteristics of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) into risk-stratified criteria, thus, creating specific subtypes. This provides a basis for further studies on patients with APS, as well as for individualized treatment options tailored to the respective subtypes. It is important, however, that the new classification criteria should not be used to diagnose APS, especially in order to provide adequate treatment for those patients who do not formally meet the highly specific classification criteria.
