Introduction <p>In maxillofacial trauma, isolated orbital floor fractures account for about 4–16% and this rate increases to about 30–55% when combined with zygomatic complex fractures. Minor complications, including infraorbital nerve injury (6.3%), ectropion (6.3%), scarring (18.8%), wound infection (6.3%) showed improvement over the 6-month period.</p> Conclusion <p>Orbital floor reconstruction using outer cortex of mandibular angle demonstrates high treatment efficacy with minimal complications.</p>
