Background: <p>Isolated zygomatic arch fractures with maintained bony contact can be reduced using closed techniques. Conventional arch elevationwith an instrument generally requires postoperative imaging to confirm reduction.</p> Methods: <p>A simple method utilizing a combination of regional anesthesia techniques with trans-oral blunt finger dissection to elevate the arch ispresented. The fracture is palpated and reduced using the dominant finger, while the opposite hand verifies reduction externally.Tactile feedback allows for confirmation of reduction without the need for imaging.</p> Results: <p>The method presented is safe, minimally invasive, and effective for selected arch fractures that maintain reduction due to bonybuttressing and periosteal splinting.</p>
