<p>Rehabilitation of residual post-traumatic deformity in panfacial trauma is challenging due to multiple factors. Hard and soft tissue loss combined with multiple surgical interventions leads to tissue scarring and diminished vascularity in the operated site. When the site of such a post-traumatic location of the deformity is in the anterior aspect of the jaws, the esthetic and functional outcomes also need to be planned and executed accordingly. The authors present a case report of rehabilitation of a young adult female&#xa0;with post-traumatic deformity due to panfacial trauma with severe comminution of the anterior mandible. A comprehensive treatment for rehabilitation of the defect addressing the bony, soft tissue and dentition loss was planned. An amalgamation of virtual surgery planning, three-dimensional printing and jig-guided osteotomy ensured effective outcome of alveolar distraction osteogenesis. Following which dental implants were placed and soft tissue grafting was performed for optimal rehabilitation. Restoration of form, function and esthetics is a key to ensure adequate rehabilitation and improvement of quality of life of patients with posttraumatic deformities. The authors wish to present the journey of the patient&#xa0;who recovered from life threatening panfacial trauma until final dental rehabilitation. </p>
