摘要

Eccrine spiradenoma is an uncommon benign adnexal tumor originating from the eccrine sweat gland. We diagnosed an eccrine spiradenoma on a 52-year-old man with histopathologic confirmation upon biopsy followed by complete resection, who had visited our clinic with a chief complaint of slow-growing forehead mass. Eccrine spiradenoma remains a diagnostic challenge due to its rarity and overlapping clinical features with other skin tumors. Awareness of its clinical presentation, dermoscopic findings, and histopathological features is crucial for accurate diagnosis and management.
