<p>The objective of this study was to compare the effects of diagonal mobilization (DM), Nordic hamstring curls (NHC), and a&#xa0;placebo intervention (a&#xa0;sham intervention designed to mimic the DM intervention but without the active mobilization component) on vertical jump force and power outcomes, as well as static and dynamic balance assessed through unilateral tests, along with time to stabilization and force during landing tests. In all, 75&#xa0;young male soccer players participated in this study, with an average age of 13.9 years (± 0.9), height of 174.4 cm (± 8.1), and body mass of 60.6 kg (± 8.9). Participants were randomly assigned to one of three groups and were assessed both before and after the single-session intervention. The physical performance was measured by the countermovement jump (CMJ), squat jump (SJ), single-leg standing (SLS), single-leg hold (SLLH), and the land and hold test (LH), all conducted on a&#xa0;force platform. The between-group analysis showed that the placebo group reached a&#xa0;significantly higher CMJ landing force compared to the DM group in the postintervention phase (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.001, ES = −1.79, <i>Large</i>). Additionally, the placebo group reached significantly lower SJ concentric peak power compared to the DM group in the postintervention phase (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.001, ES = 1.41, <i>Large</i>). The placebo group reached significantly higher CP medial–lateral (<i>p</i> = 0.023, ES = −0.77, <i>Moderate</i>) and CP anterior–posterior (<i>p</i> = 0.006, ES = −0.78, <i>Moderate</i>) compared to the DM group in the postintervention phase. These findings suggest that DM may have the potential to positively influence biomechanical factors related to performance and potentially reduce injury risk in youth soccer players. Further research is needed to investigate the long-term effects of DM on physical performance directly and to explore the underlying mechanisms responsible for these observed improvements.</p>
