<p>Businesses required to manage supply chain risk and have a powerful approach to risk control to reduce interference in the pharmaceutical supply chain. The research aims to assess the strategic responses adopted by the pharmaceutical sector to fulfill operational consistency in the face of disruptions. A quantitative methodology was employed, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 451 professionals in the pharmaceutical industry. The study contributes variations in strategy effectiveness based on organizational roles and experience, emphasizing the need for a workforce. The novelty of the study lies in its holistic evaluation of crisis-driven supply chain strategies and their role in enhancing adaptability and efficiency. The findings indicate that strategies significantly improved pharmaceutical accessibility, reduced operational costs, optimized inventory flow, and reinforced logistical and resilience frameworks. The results underscore the necessity of adaptive supply chain mechanisms in mitigating disruptions. The study's limitations include the Thai pharmaceutical sector, reliance on quantitative methods that may overlook decision-making complexities, and a lack of consideration for external factors like government policies and global supply chain disruptions.</p>
