<p>This article describes a 4-bit photonic lithium niobate (LiNbO<sub>3</sub>) Mach-Zehnder Interferometer sequence detector that reduces the complex structure using an electro-optic mechanism to detect 1010 bits with the OptiBPM tool. This design is an ultra-speed device at 500Gb/s, and it is a sequential state machine that produces an output of 1 when the targeted bit is found. This design has a Mach-Zehnder Interferometer as an optical switching device. Here in this presentation, the authors have aimed for an all-optical four-bit sequential detector to generate a bit as 1010 with the predefined data. The Performance parameters about the proposed device are computed and mentioned, also proved that this design is better than previous devices. The mentioned device has been verified with MATLAB, and the results were confirmed.</p>
