Analytical study for I–V characteristics of solar cell panel system behavior and performance efficiency evaluation under the effect of environmental physical parameters in infrared region
摘要
This paper demonstrated analytical study for I–V characteristics of solar cell panel system behavior and performance efficiency evaluation under the effect of environmental physical parameters in near infrared region. Solar cell current and power characteristics are clarified versus applied bias voltage. Output current is studied against applied bias voltage and illumination intensity (irradiation level). Solar cell short circuit current, open circuit voltage, average output power, and efficiency are measured against the tilt angle for clean/rainy/fog weather environmental conditions. Short circuit current, open circuit, average output power and efficiency of solar cells are demonstrated versus ambient temperature and different tilt angles at the various weather environmental conditions. Besides average output power and solar cell efficiency are clarified versus ambient temperature at the clean/rainy/fog weather environmental condition.
