Effect of topology defect, mixed magnetic field, rainbow gravity, and PDM on optical properties GaAs quantum dot
摘要
The equation of position-dependent mass (PDM) Klein-Gordon Oscillator in cosmic string rainbow gravity spacetime under the influence of mixed magnetic field for Coulomb potential is solved using biconfluent Heun equation. The result of this solution is obtained energy level and wave function. Furthermore, energy level of GaAs QD for two rainbow functions is numerically calculated using Matlab software. Meanwhile, the wave function is used to calculate the optical properties of GaAs QD numerically for two rainbow functions using Matlab software. Our results show that refractive index coefficient (RIC) and absorption coefficient (AC) decrease and shift towards higher energy (blue shift) as the rainbow function
