Professionsgeschichtliche Traditionslinien und Brüche in Sozialer Arbeit und Sozialpädagogik
摘要
This article analyzes relevant lines of tradition in the history of the profession and discontinuities in social work against the background of the connection between poverty, welfare, policies of poverty and social protection as well as private charity and social change. It is assumed that the lines of tradition in the history of the profession of social work are characterized by the two fundamental points of reference of organization and certain forms of professionalized practices. Closely interwoven with societal perspectives on poverty, it is not only possible to identify different standards for categorizing and measuring need, but also the societal and sociopedagogical efforts to reduce poverty.
