Numerical simulations of wave patterns in a stochastic partial differential equation model of tumor growth and invasion

In this paper, based on tumor-host system including interactions between tumor cells, healthy tissue cells and effector immune cells, we propose a stochastic partial differential equation model to characterize wave pattern formation in tumor growth under the influence of random space-time fluctuations. Further, we perform numerical simulations in order to assess the traveling wave behavior of the solution. For this, we use two different computational methods.
