A systematic review of factors influencing teachers’ anxiety in balancing teaching and personal life
摘要
Teachers’ anxiety has a significantly negative impact on both teaching quality and daily life. However, there is limited research that has systematically investigated the influencing factors of teachers’ anxiety. Consequently, this study aims to identify and analyze the key factors contributing to teachers’ anxiety. A systematic review was conducted based on 31 scholarly articles related to the influencing factors of teachers’ anxiety. The study developed and analyzed a multi-dimensional structural model of teacher anxiety. Four primary dimensions were identified as the main factors influencing teachers’ anxiety: (1) demographic factors, (2) professional skill-related factors, (3) subjective personal factors, and (4) objective environmental factors. The proposed model was further discussed, and its implications and limitations were critically evaluated.
