摘要

Establishing healthy eating habits in early childhood is crucial for later dietary behaviour and the prevention of (non-communicable) diseases. The Caring Bites pilot study examined the effect of three Video-feedback Intervention to Promote Positive Parenting Feeding Infants (VIPP-FI) sessions and a webinar on maternal well-being and child eating behaviour in nine mother-infant pairs, from the first bites to 1.5 years. VIPP-FI uses video feedback to support responsive feeding and strengthen parent-child interaction. The intervention was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively through questionnaires administered around and between intervention sessions. The results provide insights for further steps toward broader implementation.
