De implementatie van patiëntgerapporteerde uitkomsten in een academisch ziekenhuis als pijler voor waardegedreven zorg
摘要
To ensure future high-quality healthcare for everyone, the Integrated Care Agreement (IZA) stimulates the movement towards appropriate care. Erasmus MC University Medical Center Rotterdam is also making this transition, amongst others by implementing value-based healthcare (VBHC). In the context of VBHC, patient reported outcome measures have been implemented within the organization since 2020 using a uniform questionnaire structure that is fully integrated into the electronic health record. Close collaboration between healthcare providers, VBHC advisors and IT specialists warrants the implementation strategy and design within the organization. Healthcare providers and patients experience an added value of implementation of patient reported outcome measures, mainly in the preparation for the consultation and the quality of the outpatient clinic consultation.
