<p>Data-assisted working refers to a&#xa0;change in care and work processes. It has the potential to enhance the quality of care, future-proofing services, and improve the quality of life of people with disabilities. In the Learning to Work with Data in Disability Care program, four overarching themes have been identified for which data-assisted work can be beneficial. Within disability care organizations, there is a&#xa0;great need and motivation to implement data-assisted approaches that cater the needs of both individuals with disabilities and care professionals. Data sources and data are available to get started. In this article, we present the four themes where the disability sector sees opportunities regarding data-assisted work.</p>
