Sektorenübergreifende Versorgung aus Sicht des BNHO
摘要
The sector-based model of hematological and oncological care represents a highly efficient model of patient care, even by international comparison. The BNHO (Berufsverband der Niedergelassenen Ärztinnen und Ärzte für Hämatologie und Medizinische Onkologie in Deutschland e. V.), as the representative body of practice-based hematologists and oncologists, serves as a key point of contact for the further development of high-performing outpatient care based on a scientific perspective of the specialty. The structuring of this sector is of major importance and must meet remuneration-related policy and legal requirements. A key aspect is shaping the future through the targeted development of medical academic trainees and a high level of expertise in digital applications. Individualized development of the involved sectors is, on the one hand, a prerequisite for stability, but on the other hand also a cause of inefficiency. Competitive development of the sectors leads to insufficient communication, organizational barriers, and substantial additional costs for the German healthcare system. Therefore, the process of intersectoral coordination, the joint development of large-scale care projects, and the sustainable design of an effective healthcare services research sector must be essential goals for the near future. In the midterm, modern care concepts based on cooperative participation of the various sectors should shape the discourse within joint care networks such as the ASV (ambulante spezialfachärztliche Versorgung).
