Prävention von Krebserkrankungen
摘要
Germany lacks a care system of prevention measures. Their effect on cancer prevention is determined by their public health impact. This is particularly achievable by multibehavioral prevention. That is, brief interventions address multiple cancer risk behaviors in all people of a certain population. Feedback on individual cancer risk behaviors and motivation to change these have proven effective. All people receive “tailored” individualized feedback, independent of how many cancer risk behaviors they have and whether or not they already intend to change these. The internet und mobile technology have been found useful for communication. Previous studies show that the majority of a target population of people can be reached and that digital interventions are effective.
