Risiko endokriner Interventionen bei Trägerinnen einer genetischen Disposition für Brustkrebs und gynäkologische Krebserkrankungen
摘要
Women with a genetic predisposition for breast and gynecologic cancer fear an increase in their genetic cancer risk from hormonal interventions. As a result, they are often denied endocrine interventions for fertility treatment, contraception, hormone replacement after risk-reducing salpingo-oophorectomy (RRSO), or for treatment of peri- and postmenopausal symptoms. The following statements and recommendations were formulated by the Hormone Working Group of the German Consortium for Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer and are intended to support physicians in counseling affected women.
