摘要
Endocytic and retrograde trafficking of transmembrane proteins from the plasma membrane to endolysosomal compartments and the trans-Golgi network is crucial for membrane homeostasis and cellular signaling. We developed a versatile toolkit of bacterially expressed, functionalized anti-GFP nanobodies that enables biochemical, live-cell, and electron microscopy tracking of endocytosed proteins, allowing systematic analysis of their intracellular fate and sorting routes.
