Organoids are powerful organ models for studying tissue development and disease, yet their structural and functional complexity remains limited due to the lack of controlled biochemical signaling. Our work introduces DNA-based microbeads that enable precise spatial and temporal release of signaling molecules within organoids, creating more realistic tissue structures. This versatile platform enhances the physiological potential of organoids, paving the way to advanced tissue models and therapeutic applications.
