<p>With Next Generation Sequencing, technical advances in the field of nucleic acid sequencing enabled access to the entire transcriptome of organisms. However, the variety of information available in RNA-seq data exceeds mere sequence information. Specific RNA molecules, as well as their modification patterns or their spatial structure, can be addressed using customized biochemical and bioinformatic methods, providing deep insights into regulatory processes at transcriptome level.</p>
