Das aktive Mikrobiom als ökotoxikologischer Indikator in Umweltproben
摘要
In times of climate change, studying the effects of exogenous and potentially ecotoxicological factors on microbiomes is becoming increasingly important. Traditional ecotoxicological methods face limitations in terrestrial microbiome analysis. The BrdU-immunocapture method combined with amplicon sequencing provides a high-resolution approach to investigate metabolically active microorganisms in environmental samples, capturing subtle changes in microbial communities that would not be detectable with conventional tests.
